            The Committee on Health and Human Resources moves to amend title on page 1 line 10, by striking the title and inserting a new title to read as follows:

“A BILL to amend and reenact §5F-2-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, to amend said code by adding thereto a new article, designated §9-10-1, §9-10-2, §9-10-3, §9-10-4, §9-10-5, §9-10-6a, §9-10-6b, §9-10-6c, §9-10-6d, §9-10-6e, §9-10-7, §9-10-8, §9-10-9 and §9-10-10, all relating to transferring the Children's Health Insurance Agency; providing for the orderly transfer; and clarifying the definition of Children's Health Insurance Agency.”
